Tiffany Pun

Located at the uppermost tip of Manhattan, New York at Inwood Park, this boathouse is for Columbia University. It is challenged with the integration of the site to the facility and community usage with the existing private program.

The facility separates private and public program into two core massing that is then bridged to introduce a promenade effect serving to stimulate occupant interactivity. 
The neighboring park is meant to flow into the upper level viewing deck and ground floor spaces in which the public can view the water and observe the Columbia
